Hello my Name is Joshua Harper and I am the Owner and Operator of Serene Arizona Remodeling and Preservation. With over 15 years of Experience in the construction industry I have been able to acquire the knowledge and skill to provide truly exceptional Inspections and Services, and that is all backed by the Current License and Certifications that I have been able to obtain. All of my Inspections are completed the caliber of the Arizona Standards of Practice for Home Inspectors, and I adhere to a strict Code of Ethics. Buying and maintaining a home is not only a huge investment, it can also be very stressful, and comes with a lot of reasonability. That is where I want to help, as an unbiased Inspector I will make sure you are provided with as much detail and information as possible, so you can focus on the house becoming your home, my Inspections are very detail oriented and are truly advanced using the most up to date technology and practices, such as thermal imaging, radon detection, and EMF readings, just to name a few. After your inspection I don't just leave, I stand by my clients and even provide a printed guide that will help you maintain your investment, and additionally I provide a life expectances printout for several areas of your home, and if you decide you need help with maintaining or a future even an add on or renovation, I am both happy, and highly qualified to help with that as well.
